Academic Cooperation Agreements

ILCAA has academic agreements with overseas institutions in order to promote international academic exchange, including conducting joint research projects, sharing data and information, and/or exchanging staff members.

The PKBB (Pusat Kajian Bahasa dan Budaya ‘Centre for Culture and Language Studies’) of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia and ILCAA have an agreement for academic exchange and cooperation that started in December 2012. The two institutions have agreed to collaborate in publishing the international journal NUSA, a peer-reviewed journal that focuses primarily on works about languages in Indonesia.
National Museum of Taiwan History 2011 Taiwan
ILCAA provided digitized reproductions of ‟The Taiwanese Materials” to the National Museum of Taiwan History (NMTH). ‟The Taiwanese Materials” mainly include firsthand linguistic and ethnological data about the indigenous peoples of Tawan collected by Prof. Ogawa Naoyoshi and Prof.  Asai Erin during the Japanese colonial period.
The two institutions have agreed to collaborate in matters concerning the joint research and joint use of these materials.
