Access Map
The nearest train station is Tama Station on the Seibu Tamagawa Line (5 minutes walk from the station).
Tobitakyu station on the Keio line takes about 20 minutes on foot.
Access by train
The time required from “Tokyo” station is about 50 minutes, and from “Shinjuku” station about 40 minutes.

JR Chuo Line
Transfer at “Musashi Sakai” station
Get off at “Tama” Station on the Seibu Tamagawa Line (Timetable). It takes about 5 minutes.
After exiting the “Tama” Station ticket gate, turn left and walk through the underground passageway under the railroad tracks to see the university ahead. (Google Maps route search)
Keio Line
Transfer at “Tobitakyu” station
Take Keio Bus No.02 or No.33 (both bound for “Tama” Station, Timetable) from the North Exit of “Tobitakyu” Station to “Tokyo University of Foreign Studies”.
Buses run every 30 minutes during the daytime.
Transfer at “Chofu” station
Take Keio Bus (No.33 bound for “Tama” Station, Timetable) from the North Exit of “Chofu” Station, and get off at “Tokyo University of Foreign Studies”.
The journey takes about 20 minutes.
Transfer at “Musashinodai” Station
From the South Exit of the station, take the Chyu Bus (Oshidatecho/Asahicho circulation bus bound for Tama Station, Timetable) and get off at the TUFS bus stop.
Buses run every 30 minutes during the daytime.
It takes about 7 minutes on foot from “Musashinodai” Station to “Shiraitodai” Station on the Seibu Tamagawa Line. (Google Maps route search).
Take the train bound for “Musashisakai” (Timetable) and get off at “Tama” Station. It takes about 2 minutes.
Access from Haneda Airport

Haneda Airport – (Keihin Kyuko Line, approx. 20 minutes) – Shinagawa – (JR Yamanote Line, approx. 20 minutes) – Shinjuku – (JR Chuo Line, rapid train, approx. 20 minutes) – Musashi Sakai -(Seibu Tamagawa Line, about 5 minutes)-Tama
The time required from Haneda Airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Airport Limousine Bus
The limousine bus to “Chofu” Station takes approximately 2 hours, and a cab from “Chofu” Station to TUFS takes approximately 15 minutes.
