In an article titled “The Philology of Monsters,” published in the March 2025 issue of the French journal Epsiloon, Professor Emeritus Jun’ichi ODA was recognized as a pioneer for being the first to apply evolutionary phylogenetic analysis tools from information biology to the study of mythology and tales.
