Monthly Photos Jul 2019 : Feast in Bahariya oasis

This is homemade dishes cooked by the wife of my friend Mansur in Bahariya Oasis.
You can find in them cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and okura with plenty of sun bathed.
Also, roasted chickens with exquisite spices.

Indeed, I had never had such a delicious Egyptian dishes.
Every time I meet my friend who visited Mansur’s house with me, I say “Go to the oasis to have dishes of Mansur’s wife!”
