Monthly Photos October 2026 : Whatever Grows Outside Belongs to Everyone
2026/10/01
Photos taken by ILCAA staff and associates are posted here once a month; most of them are taken during their field research in Asia and Africa. (The copyright belongs to the photographers.)
You can see many fruit trees here and there in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. What’s more, everyone can pick and eat the fruit freely.
They say people there share the mindset: “Whatever grows outside houses belongs to everyone.” I found this reflected a certain richness – both material and spiritual.
