Anthropologists have taken vast numbers of photographs during fieldwork, yet most remain unseen and neglected. In “Doing Fieldwork through an Exhibition,” we used photographs taken by one cultural anthropologist in the field as material. 5 workshop participants each created and exhibited “photo collages” by spatially arranging multiple photographs.
