Suspension of Office Counter Services during the Holiday Closure (August 8, 2026 – August 16, 2026)

The Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa will suspend office counter services and related administrative support during the university-wide New Year holiday period as follows. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Suspension Period:
Saturday, August 8, 2026 – Sunday, August 16, 2026

Please note that during this period:

• Office counter services, telephone, and email support will be suspended.
• Inquiries and requests received during the closure will be handled sequentially from Monday, August 17, 2026.
