Research interests: Urban Geography, GIS
I study to affect urban problems using GIS. In particular, I did this to propose measures against the declining birthrate that meet the needs of the region. I would like to find out how child-rearing households are improving their fertility and how they are trying to balance child-rearing and work. It was clarified through analysis of influential factors from the viewpoint of the local environment. As a research method, I analyze the current regional differences between "improving fertility" and "double-income childrearing" by spatial analysis using social maps, and then verify the factors using a local regression analysis method. Utilizing my GIS technical skills, I provide lectures on GIS for undergraduate students and support for GIS operations for municipal office workers.
I study for Egypt using GIS. First, I study using the ancient map and the satellite photo by the topography change in the farm village part of the Nile basin. Second, I study to visualize the social economic statistics data mainly on the population statistics in the Greater Cairo used by GIS. Also, I study of international relations. I study to visualization with the mapping of the relations between nations by the technique of the local Moran statistic using ODA data.
