An inscription stowed in the storeroom

When we visited Kyaukse Township in Upper Burma for research of old inscriptions, Mr. Win Ko, an advisor of the Department of Archaeology who guided us, told us that one of the inscriptions is in the house of a craftsman making mandats (temporary stages). I thought that the inscription is in the garden, but the house owner said that he would take it out now. Amazingly, the inscription had been stowed in the storeroom of his house. Three people carried out the inscription of 15th century using a roller, and I photographed it from directly above. We were really lucky because the other side of the stone is not inscribed. After the photo shoot, the inscription was returned to the storeroom.
