This is a snapshot of Phii Boo (spirits from Hell) Festival held by Chinese descent Thai people in Southern Thailand. When the gates of Hell open in every July of Chinese Calendar, the people present meals to treat spirits (phii) returned from Hell in front of their house, and give money to children who will parade the town dressed up as the spirits.
