It is a shot of a ritual held at a Buddhism temple in Ladakh, Northwestern India. A several dozens of minutes in the ritual are the time for clowns. They are collecting money while making mischief and telling jokes to the audience. Actually, it is monks of the temple who disguise themselves as clowns. Wearing masks, they are acting differently from usual.
