Atmaran, Prime Minister of Koondooz
The Uzbek principality laid in the north of Afghanistan; this man was the prime minister of Qunduz. He was a Hindu from Peshawar. Although there were many Hindus in the country, it was rare for one to ascend to such a high position in the administration.
