Research Resources29Overview / 概要Joint Research / 共同研究Research Resources / 研究資源Training and Capacity Building / 研究者養成海外研究拠点Overseas Research Oces 本研究所は、海外の研究者との連携と交流をより活発に行い、国際的な共同研究を展開していくために、ベイルート（レバノン）とコタキナバル（マレーシア）に海外研究拠点を設置しています。http://www.aa.tufs.ac.jp/ja/projects/satellite/In order to better coordinate and conduct joint research with scholars outside Japan, ILCAA maintains two satellite offices overseas: one in Beirut (Lebanon) and another in Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia).http://www.aa.tufs.ac.jp/en/projects/satellite/中東研究日本センター（JaCMES） 中東研究日本センターは、AA研がレバノンの首都ベイルートに設置した初の海外研究拠点です。2005（平成17）年12月15日にレバノン政府閣議決定による認可を受けて、2006（平成18）年2月1日に開所式を行いました。本センターは、AA研の共同利用・共同研究拠点としての機能を海外において展開すべく、次のような活動を行います。（1）国際共同研究の推進：共同利用・共同研究課題を海外の研究者とともにJaCMESで直接実施します。また、常駐の特任研究員を派遣して、長期の現地調査に専念させています。（2）日本・中東関係講演会：日本と中東の関係、日本におけるイスラームの歴史などを専門とする研究者を講演のために派遣し、交流の歴史と現状を紹介する機会を設けます。コタキナバル・リエゾンオフィス（KKLO） コタキナバル・リエゾンオフィスは、マレーシア・サバ州政府により設立されたサバ開発研究所（Institute for Development Studies, Sabah）の全面的な協力により、AA研の東南アジアにおける政治・社会・文化に関する総合的学術研究拠点として、2008（平成20）年3月1日、同研究所内に設置されました。サバ州は、ブルネイ、インドネシア、フィリピンなどの東ASEAN成長地域、南シナ海及びインド洋の交差点にあたり、多様な文化の交流の場となっています。アジア海域世界の動態の解明にとって最適な地の利を活かし、マレーシア、日本および関連諸国の研究者とともに多様な国際的共同研究プログラムを推進します。Japan Center for Middle Eastern Studies (JaCMES)JaCMES is the first overseas satellite office established by ILCAA. It is located in Beirut (Lebanon). It was officially sanctioned by the Lebanese government’s cabinet resolution of 15 December 2005. The inauguration ceremony of JaCMES took place on 1 February 2006. In order to promote academic exchange between Japan and the Middle East and to support young Japanese researchers of Middle Eastern Studies, JaCMES has developed joint research project functions by conducting the following activities:(1) Joint research meetings and international symposia involving Lebanese researchers(2) Dispatch of young Japanese researchers to the Middle Eastern AreaKota Kinabalu Liaison Oce (KKLO)Kota Kinabalu Liaison Office is located in the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) which was established by the Sabah State Government. It serves as an integrated base for social, economic and cultural studies and academic exchange activities in Sabah with the generous cooperation and assistance from IDS. This Liaison Ofce aims to promote international academic exchanges, forming international networks, strengthening joint research activities in order to advance studies on Southeast Asian countries.
