40 本研究所では毎年夏、専門研究者と母語話者を講師陣に迎え、アジア・アフリカ地域の研究を志す初学者を対象とした短期集中プログラムによる言語研修を実施しています。言語研修に参加することで、現地調査や文献研究を行うために必要な言語知識や調査の手法など、専門的知識も学ぶことができます。研修言語は、おもにアジア・アフリカ地域で話される少数民族の言語を含めた様々な言語を取り上げています。毎年、東京会場で2言語、大阪会場で1言語の研修を実施しています。これまでに実施された言語の数は、のべ130言語、修了者数のべ1,203名にのぼっています。修了者の中からは、大学や研究機関の職につき、アジア・アフリカ地域の専門家としての道を歩んでいく方々が輩出しています。 実施にあたっては、語学教育に造詣の深いAA研内外の専門委員と担当講師および所員がプロジェクトチームを組み、実施方法や評価についての議論を行い、効果的な研修を目指しています。すべての研修において講師陣が独自に教材を開発していることも、AA研の言語研修の大きな特徴のひとつです。大阪会場で実施されるものは、大阪大学大学院言語文化研究科の協力を得て行われます。研修生は、大学などの研究機関を通じて全国から公募します。研修を修了した人には審査のうえ、修了証書が授与されます。 2006（平成18）年度より東京外国語大学の学部および大学院の開講科目となりました。 2014（平成26）年度は、チャガ=ロンボ語、チャム語（東京会場）、タイ語中級（大阪会場）の講座を開講しました。 2015（平成27）年度は、アラビア語パレスチナ方言、古ジャワ語（東京会場）、モンゴル語（大阪会場）の講座を開講する予定です。 現在、これまでに作成されてきた教材のウェブ上での公開も進めており、完成したものから順次公開しています。http://www.aa.tufs.ac.jp/ja/training/ilc/言語研修This program has offered intensive courses on various Asian and African languages since 1967.The course deals with minority languages as well as national languages and/or official languages of Asian and African countries. A team of Japanese specialists and native speaker(s) instructs in each course with teaching materials they have edited. The expected participants are students and researchers who are pursuing Asian and African studies. They are expected to acquire not only language ability but also the expertise necessary to conduct field research and/or philological research.The ILCAA Committee for Language Training, which consists of the instructors, ILCAA staff, and experts in language education from other institutes, organizes the courses by discussing teaching methods and implementation plans. The committee also evaluates each course after the courses have taken place.Some courses are given at Osaka in cooperation with Graduate School of Language and Culture, Osaka University. Students are selected from applicants nationwide for each course. On successful completion of the course, the students receive certificates from the Director of the Institute.研究者養成Training and Capacity Building 2010年度から始まった基幹研究「人類学におけるミクロ－マクロ系の連関」における若手研究者育成事業として「文化／社会人類学研究セミナー」を2011年度から実施しています。文化人類学／社会人類学／生態人類学を専門とする博士後期課程大学院生を主たる対象とし、博士論文を執筆するために必要な本研究領域に関する最新の学問的情報を提供して知識の幅を広げると共に、異なる視点や意見を交換する場を提供することで論文の執筆に資することを目的としています。また、本研究セミナーは、受講生が同じレベルの若手研究者の発表を聴き、第三のコメンテーターの役割を果たすことによる自らの論文執筆および研究の活性化、さらには所属大学院をこえた若手研究者同士の交流の機会の提供をも目指しています。 なお、本セミナーは2015年度から日本文化人類学会との共催により開催されます。http://coe.aa.tufs.ac.jp/kikanjinrui/This seminar aims to provide the latest academic information and valuable opportunities to develop their thesis by exchanging various ideas for students who are in the process of writing or publishing their doctoral thesis.
