9Joint ResearchResearch ResourcesOverviewTraining and Capacity BuildingResearch StaffResearch staff are full-time researchers of ILCAA.They conduct their own individual researches andare responsible for organizing and conductingcollaborative research projects with researchersoutside of ILCAA; they have an obligation toconnect researchers within Japan and also withthose outside Japan.Visiting Professors and ScholarsILCAA offers visiting positions (at the rank of Prof.or Assoc.
