The SARVA Project
- The SARVA project was conceived by F. Southworth (U. Pennsylvania) and M. Witzel (Harvard U.), and later on joined by David Stampe (U. Hawai'i).
- Its incorporation with the ILCAA, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and initial implementation is due to the efforts in 2004 by Prof. Peri Bhaskararao (ILCAA, TUFS, Tokyo).
- The actual transfer of the CDIAL and DDER files to simultaneous search format and web implementation was carried out in 2005 by Dr. S. Kodama, ILCAA/Nagaoka University of Technology.
- The electronic text materials of CDIAL and DEDR are with the Information Resources Centre of ILCAA (under an agreement with the Digital South Asian Library project of University of Chicago). Copyrighted materials are acknowledged at the appropriate places.
- The authors warmly thank Professors Makoto Minegishi and Jun Takashima, both at ILCAA, for their continued support of the project.
