[The closest train stations are TAMA on the Seibu Tamagawa Line, and TOBITAKYU on the Keio Line.]

From TAMA station (Seibu Tamagawa Line): 5 minutes by foot
Turn left at the station exit;
Go to the other side of the station through the underpass on the left;
You should see the buildings of Tokyo U. of Foreign Studies when you walk out of the underpass;
Walk toward the University.

From TOBITAKYU station (Keio Line): about 7 minutes on the bus + 2-minute walk
Exit from the North Exit;
Take the bus bound for Tama Station (Route code [飛01] or [飛02]);
Get off the bus at Tokyo Gaikokugodaigaku Mae -- the bus stop is right by the University.
